By downloading, installing, or using the Nuance app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Nuance provides AI-powered beauty analysis including face shape detection, skin tone and undertone analysis, colour season determination, makeup routine generation, and product recommendations. Results are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Subscription plans: Nuance offers monthly subscriptions processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Current pricing:
Scan allowance: Scans are allocated per subscription period. Unused scans roll over for one period. Scans are consumed when an analysis begins, regardless of whether you save or use the result.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price increase.
New users receive one free scan upon registration. No payment information is required for the free scan. Additional scans require a paid subscription or top-up purchase.

Nuance uses artificial intelligence to generate beauty analysis and recommendations. You acknowledge that:
Product recommendations in the App may contain affiliate links. We earn a commission when you purchase through these links. This does not affect the price you pay. Our recommendations are based on your beauty profile, not commission rates.
The App, including its design, code, AI models, and content, is owned by Nuance. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process your photos for the purpose of providing the Service.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in the App settings. Upon termination, your subscription ends and your data is deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
